I’ve been training with Jodie as my PT for a while now. What a lot of people don’t know, is that I suffer with anxiety, which, last year, hit me pretty hard – I was unable to go to work gym or just function properly at all.
Jodie asked me to come in and see her, which was a mountain to climb just to get outside.
First teaching me breathing techniques to help me.
Then doing hypnotherapy, which I was a bit sceptical about to start with, but, after having a few sessions with Jodie and her absolute fountain of knowledge on this subject, it’s been a great come back. Gym, work, life have all improved immensely. I would recommend any one with issues like I had to try this with Jodie in a safe, clean and friendly environment with a lady of vast knowledge on the subject and really cares. I can’t recommend Jodie enough.
