I was always sceptical to try hypnotherapy as a way of addressing my feelings of intense anxiety. I always thought “Oh it won’t work on me”, and to be honest it probably wouldn’t have done until I met Jodie. I came to her when I was at breaking point and honestly ready to try anything to help myself out of the pit I was in. I decided that since it has worked for so many people, it’s worth a try myself. I think with hypno you need to have a trusty rapport with your therapist in order to trust them to allow your guard down and be the most susceptible to the treatment that you can be. I instantly knew Jodie would be the right person to start this new journey with and I am so glad I met her. We shared 10 powerful sessions together that helped me to reframe my mental construct of anxiety and understand what is happening from other perspectives. The weight off my shoulders has been life changing. I am so grateful to her for the knowledge and support she has passed onto me, I now feel much more confident that I can live my life to the fullest without the unnecessary fears that I harboured before.
